Mok (목) - Harmonious

Mok family has kept their name quiet for centuries until one of the members raised their names and believed to have been the one who penned the Pure-Blood Directory. This book listed the "twenty-eight truly pure-blood families", with "the aim of helping such families maintain the purity of their bloodlines". The book was also published anonymously in Britain in the early 1930s and later in Korea in 1945. Although there had been exceptions, the family members are known their extreme dedication to blood purity and their antilogy for purebloods and halfbloods. Amarin (อมรินทร์) - Undying, Immortal

The Amarin are related to Rama I, the founder of the current dynasty. Though they are not part of the direct lineage in the present, they can be traced back as departing only two generations or so back. Therefore, they still hold much importance in Thailand among both the non magical and magical world. They are known among wizardkind for their unusual affinity to both magical and non-magical creatures. Though it’s unclear the details since it’s such a closely guarded secret, centuries of study has allowed the Amarin family to construct their own complex language much like Parseltongue that allows them to communicate with many of the species in Thailand. However, it is more difficult for them to understand creatures not native to their country.
